Sip for Solidarity: Raising Glasses, Raising Funds for El Centro de la Raza
On April 4th, we’re thrilled to unveil our new Seasonal Menu, and while we have some really great new menu items, this time we’ve got something truly special in store. Partnering with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, we’re introducing the Tito’s Canela Cold Brew Martini!
This satisfying cocktail blends the smoothness of Tito’s Vodka with the rich flavors of canela (Mexican cinnamon) cold brew, a hint of housemade chili liqueur for that extra kick, and a velvety finish thanks to aquafaba. It’s a fresh addition to our lineup, and we’re absolutely loving it. We’re confident you’ll enjoy this balanced and fun cocktail just as much—but the only way to truly experience it is to give it a try yourself.
However, let’s focus on what truly matters. Once again, we’re leveraging our restaurants to make a meaningful impact. During this menu run, our goal is to raise up to $8,000 for El Centro De La Raza.
El Centro de la Raza is on a mission to build the Beloved Community by empowering and advocating for the most vulnerable and marginalized populations right here in Seattle. With your support, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.
So, let’s raise our glasses (and some much-needed funds) for a cause that truly matters. Join us in sipping for solidarity, one Tito’s Canela Cold Brew Martini at a time.
Cheers to good drinks, great causes, and a brighter future!
